For when you feel yourself overreacting and want to calm down.

What You Need:

  • A Sponge
  • A Container of Water
  • Lavender Essential Oil or Liquid Scent
  • A Calming Sigil of Your Choice (Such As This One)
  • Something To Draw With, Preferably Marker
  • Liquid Soap

Directions:

  1. Take your sponge and your writing utensil. Draw your chosen sigil on the sponge.
  2. Take your container of water. Add 4 drops of your essential oil and 2 drops of your liquid soap. Place it next to your sponge.
  3. Slowly submerge your sponge in your container of liquid. As it fills with water envision your anxiety flowing from your fingers and into the sponge, making it heavy and making you lighter.
  4. Rub the sponge and breathe evenly and deeply as the sigil fades from the sponge.
