- Make a personal sigil and keep it on you. It can be a sigil for self love, motivation or anything along those lines. I like to draw a sigil on my wrist, shoulder or above my knee.
- Make a chant or affirmation to make you feel good about yourself. Also make a playlist of possitive and affirming songs and put it on shuffle.
- Make your own personal blend of herbal tea to soothe you in times of need. Use your favorite herbs and spices.
- Adopt a plant, something very easy and low maintenance, to boost your self esteem and to have someone to talk to. This could be an easy succulent or cactus.
- Enchanted jewelry or pieces of clothing. Extra point for making your own jewelry or clothing.
- Make small rituals, like a morning ritual where you stretch, meditate, make tea etc.
- Meditate. Take time to sit still and breath, with or without music.
- Cleanse your space, both physically and mentally. Whenever you find the time and the energy try to clean your room / house of clutter and maybe smoke cleanse it.
- Cleanse your mind. Write down everything that bothers you, worries you or just makes you sad. You can keep the paper somewhere safe or burn it to get rid of the bad energy, if it makes you feel better. Just be careful with fire!
