I genuinely have no idea and I hope someone sees this and will answer this for the both of us! 😁

I believe it’s an asexual with a mental illness or a developmental disorder. If anyone knows better, correct me, ‘cus I’m just going off the ‘neurodivergent’.

You’re on the right track.  Anyone who has any sort of disorder (PTSD, depression, etc.) or some sort of condition (autism, dyslexia, etc.) is considered neurodivergent, since his or her brain works differently than those of neurotypical individuals.  Neurodivergent asexuality can be caused by the neurodivergence or it can be influenced by it.
