âMost of you wanted an anxiety jar so here it is. I will be doing more so your requests will be fulfilled. I couldnât find a jar but thatâs not a problem at all, instead we will make an anxiety bag.
â Sometimes we can all feel anxious while performing or saying a speech in front of the class. I definitely experienced that and this bag always helped me feel better. So here is how to do it.
You need:
đŒ Chamomile for calmness and peace
đ„ Cinnamon for happiness
đ Salt for protection
đż Lavender for relaxation
đ Quartz for stress reduction
đș Bag/jar
( đ° You can also add acorns, but I couldnât find any. Acorns help you build up spiritual strength )
â Mix all of that up and if you want, add a sigil.
â Take the bag with you where ever you go especially to places where you know youâre gonna feel anxious.
Protection: Salt, a clove of garlic, and a cinnamon stick. Add an obsidian for protection or a quartz crystal for more power. Tie it closed with a red ribbon.
Romantic Vibrations: A cinnamon stick, a tablespoon of salt, and a tablespoon of rosemary. Add a rose quartz for loving vibrations and a moonstone for empathy. Fasten the bag dosed with a pink ribbon.
Prosperity: A cinnamon stick, a tablespoon of dill, and three new shiny dimes. Add an aventurine stone for prosperity and a malachite to bring cash. Knot the bag closed with a green or a gold ribbon.
Safe Driver: A clove of garlic to dispel road rage, a tablespoon of salt to banish negativity, and a tablespoon of dill for protection. Add one obsidian stone for protection and a tigerâs-eye tumbling stone. Secure the bag with a red, a white, and a black ribbon.
Step 1: Cut and pin down fabric square. Lay both pieces together on the reverse side.
Step 2: Sew fabric, leaving one corner open at least 2 inches
Step 3: Pull your needle through the inside, then turn the fabric inside out.
Step 4: Your needle should now be on the outside of the square.
Step 5: Fill with uncooked rice. A funnel would be great here! I used a measuring spoon. You may also wish to fill with Lavender buds, or other herbs that can be heated or cooled safely.
Step 6: Sew open corner shut. I left some yarn at the end to do some knot work to seal my intentions.
*OPTIONAL*
Step 7: Cut out a square patch of fabric and stitch on this sigil for âReliefâ. I recommend actually sewing two pieces of fabric together first, like in Step 1, to avoid fraying.
Step 8: Sew on patch to make a crystal pocket!
Considerations
Give yourself at least an hour for this project. It would be faster with a sewing machine, but not everyone has one.
This bag is meant to be a cold or hot compress. You can microwave or freeze the bag to your needs.
Do not get the bag wet or throw in washer. Hand wash stains.
Do not put crystals in the microwave or freezer. Put the crystal in the pocket after it has cooled a bit. Some crystals can break or change if exposed to extreme heat.
Consider chanting over the rice to fill it with your intentions.
The purpose of the sigil is so that it will be charged every time you heat or freeze the bag.
If you cannot do this project, but would like one for yourself – I will be offering pre-made ones if there is an interest!
Many Spoons to you all đ

Create a sachet charm to keep in your car and protect you during your travels.
Car accidents are one of the lead causes of deaths in the U.S. Everyone is likely to get into at least a few accidents over the course of their lives. Even the best driverâs canât control the actions of everyone else on the road. Obviously, this spell wonât make up for good old defensive driving. But it should help protect you from those factors that are beyond your control.
Youâll need:
Incense:Â Sandalwood, Â Frankincense, or Dragonâs blood
A small sachet/bag, preferably a thin cotton
Ingredients for the sachet*
*There are so many plants, flowers, and herbs that are associated with protection, so you can really customize this to whatever you want. But, because this charm will be kept in a small, enclosed space, we want to be mindful of the smell. Garlic and valerian have great protective properties, but will make your car smell unpleasant (to say the least). So, here are some of my suggestions:
Ideal ingredients: Mint, leaves from an Ash tree, and Wormwood. These all have specific associations with safe travel
Trees (use twig or leaves): Birch, cedar, dogwood, elder, oak, willow
Other herbs/plants: Aloe, bay leaves, branches from blueberry or raspberry bush, caraway seeds (extra helpful to protect against theft), three-leaf clover, holly and mistletoe (especially around the holidays)
Spices: Pepper, salt (or black salt), a stick of cinnamon, rosemary.
This should give you enough options. My sachet contained mint, ash leaves, black salt, rosemary, caraway seeds, and lavender.
Ideally, you could perform this spell in your car, if you have the privacy to do so. I drove to a secluded place down by my local river. Use the incense to do a smoke cleanse of your car and stay focused on the image of protection. Make sure you have your doors/windows open so that the negative vibes have a way to escape (and your car wonât smell too strongly of smoke.) If you like, you can use some phrases to keep you focused: protect the driver, any passengers, help the car run well, etc. If there are any safety features with your car, such as airbags, make sure you focus some energy there too. Donât forget the steering wheel, tires and under the hood, though avoid directing the smoke to the engine parts, a simple wave overhead should suffice.
Combine the ingredients in your sachet. Stay focused on the intent of each ingredient. If you still have some incense, wave the sachet through the smoke. Keep the charm in your car, preferably some place open, like your cup holder or dash. You could put it in your glove compartment, though it will be closed off from the rest of your car, so the âflowâ might be stifled. Also, it is technically illegal to hang things from your mirror, so I canât advise it.
1. light the incense and the candles and place the pouch between the candles and in vision the light seeping into the bag and burning away any anxiety/anger whenever you hold the bag.
2. place the lavender, sage, and amethyst in the pouch with the intent of calming
3. run the pouch over the incense feeling the smoke seep into the bag and remain there creating a calming feeling.
4. carry the pouch with you to calm down if youre mad or sad or anxious đ
((let me know what you think i just made this a couple days ago))
In a sachet, combine one piece of lemon rind, some lavender (dry or wet), and a piece of Amethyst or Selenite. Charge your crystal with your hope for a pleasant social event.
Keep the sachet with you if you are going to a social gathering that has the potential of fights and discomfort to ensue.
If you are hosting the gathering, you can make the sachet a piece of the decor or stow it somewhere safe and secret.
Cleansing/charging my hematite that is always next to my heart, and re-making my spell satchel I keep with me to help relieve anxiety. đThe ingredients are simple yet effective: lavender, rosemary & pink salt âš
